Final words about card counting |
||
Counting
cards is not a spigot to a money machine. Profitable counting is hard
work and it takes a big bankroll. $10,000 is the minimum necessary before
the law of averages consistently returns $60 perhour. Bad luck can still
put a card counter out of business. Sloppy counting, missing a few hands,
and guessing are worse than forgetting the count and playing basic strategy.
And, of course, dealers and pit bosses are always looking for counters. |
